Teaching

I believe that authentic learning often occurs outside the lecture hall, in moments of curiosity, conflict, reflection, and real‑world application. This is why, in teaching Organizational Behavior, I strive not merely to deliver content but to activate students’ lived experiences through a staged process of questioning, conceptualizing, and experimenting with theory in real settings. Drawing on flipped classroom methods, case discussions, and peer feedback, I try to create learning environments that connect abstract concepts to students’ identities and professional experiences, nurturing both insight and self-awareness. My goal is not rote memorization but worldview expansion—helping students think more critically, listen more carefully, and engage more intentionally in their relational and organizational contexts.
